Return policy
Terms of return processing and approval is 1-3 working days as from our receipt of the return parcel (delivery is at your expense). After approval of return we will transfer the funds to your credit card or bank account during the period of up to 7 working days. In case of return payment problems, we will contact you for bank details revision. Please note, that return of funds to your bank account can take up to 5 - 30 working days (depends on the issuing bank).
Return steps
1. Date of return shipment must be not later than the 14th day after receipt from the online store.

3. Please fill the attached return form. All fields are mandatory.
4. Thoroughly pack the product, preferably using original packing and attach the return form.
5. Return shipment is at customers' expense. Parcel should be sent not later than 14 days after the receipt.
6. Notify us about the shipment
- Return of non-conforming products is possible if its market condition, factory labels, seals, tags, usability and document confirming the fact and terms of purchase of the designated product are presented.
- Used product's return is not possible
- The customer has a right to make a return of the purchased product during the period of 14 days
